FOX ONE STOP MEDIA
FOX One Stop Media is FOX International Channels’ full-service cross platform advertising sales arm. With a premium portfolio of 32 leading television channels and online properties across all genres and in virtually all markets.
For two consecutive years, including the inaugural ‘Fox House’, we were briefed to produce a brand immersion event for Fox International Channels and 300 agency guests in central London. In year one, the brief was to cover their whole roster of channels and some of the most iconic content on television. In year two, the brief was to focus on the upcoming series ‘Da Vinci’s Demons’.
CLIENT: FOX ONE STOP MEDIA
PROJECT: BRAND IMMERSION, VIP EVENTS
FIELD: EVENT DESIGN & PRODUCTION

In year one- Working closely with our clients and their content, we produced set, lighting and sound design and sourced sponsors, actors and performers to reflect Fox’ key programming across both their broadcast and online environments. Mrs Fox (Jonny Woo) welcomed guests into her home, an exquisite example of a magnificent eighteenth century residence in central London. It included Mad Men and Fangtasia bars, a Wisteria Lane garden complete with Adam & Eve, a CSI crime scene, a Mode/Ugly Betty catwalk and a DJ/VJ performance of Fox’ content from the Kleptones. Creative Nation also introduced Stila makeup (via Glorious Brands) who provided products for the catwalk and Hi Sushi events who provided beautiful food on the night as well as hosting Sushi Making workshops. Other generous sponsors included Russian Standard, Meantime Brewery and Dominos. A good time was had by all!

The Process
In year two- As in year one, we produced all set, lighting and sound design and crew and sourced performers. The event was designed to showcase Da Vinci’s Demons. The series, a co-production between BBC Worldwide and Starz, was still in production at this time, so we had to work from scripts and designs as there was not yet an episode to view. The pressure was on as the show’s creator, David S Goyer, was on the guestlist!! We transformed an empty studio space and fire escape in North London into a ducal palace and garden. Entertainment included an apothecary bar, Equador the Wizard with his draw dropping slight of hand and marvellous on the spot compere skills, DJ Chris Tofu spinning electro swing, a punk brass invasion from Perhaps Contraption, burlesque beauty from the divine Gwendoline Lamour, an enormously creative digital graffiti art studio courtesy of YrWall, candy floss and flirting from the beautiful Candy Queens, the spectacular Hairy PoPins to up-do our guests, makeup touch ups from our friends at Glorious Brands, and a rousing knees up from The Gents to send guests home still singing!
How do you get people to remember your brand(s), to feel a part of it, to bring it to life? Over to our guests…..
‘Such a great party…one of the best of my media years for sure!’
‘So fun, not your usual corporate party, more like a cool house party….’
‘Meant to stay for 15 minutes and ended up staying for 2 hours!’
‘I’m sure this will be one of those parties that will be talked about for ages’
…and it was.
