Open to 16-19-year-olds from across the UK and all backgrounds, the BFI Film Academy offers a unique opportunity for young talent to gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience in the film industry.

I led an award-winning team of industry professionals, including acclaimed film directors, scriptwriters, and producers, providing students with expert guidance and real-world knowledge. As Head of Digital Production during the Covid era, I played a pivotal role in the Festival of Hope—a groundbreaking, multi-partner initiative that empowered young people to take charge of design, programming, and production. This pioneering festival was shortlisted for Best Arts Project 2021, showcasing our commitment to innovative, youth-led creative expression during a challenging time.

I founded a production agency specializing in art direction for music and broadcast TV. My art direction has shaped record covers and iconic music videos for top-charting artists, including Coldplay’s “Yellow,” East 17, Sinéad O’Connor and Shane MacGowan, Massive Attack, and many more and some have earned me a place in the exclusive ‘Billion Views Club’
Art Direction for Commerical and Broadcast TV
In addition to music and MTV, I worked on commercials for clients like Carlsberg and IKEA and in Broadcast TV including being lead designer of the popular ‘100 Greatest’ series on Channel 4’s with Graham Norton, Zoe Ball and Jamie Theakston a format that continues to be emulated today.
