Project Details:

PROJECT: American express social content

CLIENT: Ogilvy PR/American Express

FIELD: social content

Introduction

Working closely with the agency we developed a range of content that reflected specific themes and storylines. All were designed to work alongside the social media strategy to engage and create conversation with their audience.

We celebrated worldwide festivals like Diwali and Chinese New Year, created holiday inspiration for worldwide travel holidays and even celebrated behind the scenes for Cannes Film Festival.

The Process

Each film came with it’s own production requirements. We engaged a Guinness World record breaker to create a huge sand mandala , filmed in timelapse for Diwali. Created a series of slow motion winter and summer scenes, from skiing to jet skiing for some holiday inspiration. We also created a stop frame animation of an around the world trip with a bespoke music track.

Our post production team created a VFX ‘making of’ scene that re-created a street, La Croisette in Cannes, a shout-out to a side of the film industry that is often unseen. We also created a hand drawn animated series of personal stories from American Express clients. These showed how American Express had helped them bring some truely amazing experiences to life.

Results

We created a range of social media content that was well received with huge viewing figures, including the most popular video thay have had to date!

We were also engaged to create a video to celebrate the success of a new content division of American Express.
